When the BP gas struck my low production, all aluminum, 15 YO rarity. I first took it to the dealer, big mistake as it turned out. Dealer used the insurance company and handed me back a car in worse condition then when I brought it to them and labeled it a computer. Fine Tune Auto using their expertise and know-how took the time to deal with the insurance company, and bring my car back from the brink. They tirelessly diagnosed my hard to work on vehicle, fought the battles and got my car properly fixed! turns out BP near ruined my car and Fine Tune ended up replacing the entire fuel system, top to bottom. Amazing service and technical acumen made a believer out of me for years to come... before you even THINK of a dealer. Come to Fine Tune, cannot be beat.

It's funny that I received this email from you today as I wanted to send you a short note anyway. I love you guys! I some times feel like I must have an Angel watching over me. I came in for an oil change and then when you guys went to take put it in reverse it wouldn't back up. A switch needed to be replaced. How could it happen right at that moment when it was in the shop? I think I'm a very lucky woman! There was a sign that something was wrong, in retrospect that I didn't understand. The day before that my cruise control stopped working. I realized that after you replaced the switch and I was driving to Green Bay and my cruise control was working again. Thank you so much for always taking care of me, for putting me to the front of the line when emergencies strike, for feeling more like great friends and family than a car repair shop. I love you guys! Thanks for taking such great care of me!
