I took my car here on the 13th of July for AC and suspension work. The front desk people where friendly and scheduled me in rather quickly. It took 16 days for me to get my car back which was fine as there was a lot of work to be done and they had to go back and forth with my warranty company for approval of the work. However, they did not give me regular updates. I had to be the one calling both them and my warranty company and finally after 10 days of not even having a rental they got the work approved. I was a little disappointed by their lack of communication but I was willing to overlook this if they performed quality work. I finally got a call on the 29th that my car was ready. I inspected my car while still in their property and discovered an 8 inch scratch on the right side and 2 smaller ones that arent as deep on the left side. They not only didn't tell me about it, but they told me they where going to have the owner review the cameras and call me. He has yet to do so. I am beyond disappointed in this shop and would discourage anyone from bringing their car here unless you don't care about having your car scratched up while in their care. Edit: After I made this post the owner contacted me and we where able to resolve the matter and had the scratches taken care of.
I sincerely apologize that your car got scratched while in our care. We will fix those scratches for you. Extended warranty work does take a long time sometimes, but we should've updated you more often that there were still no approvals from them on your repairs. Well do better next time.
